I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The service was amazing, with little thoughtful surprises adding to the experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my check-in after a long red-eye flight. The location was perfect, close to everything at the harbor, offering various dining options and easy access to shops, markets, and museums. The dining experience had everything I could possibly want, especially the made-to-order crab omelettes and the stunning views of the city from Bygone. Overall, a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations.

The service is extremely helpful and attentive, going above and beyond during an emergency health event. While the location is near everything, it has some cleanliness issues, such as coffee stains, detracting from its otherwise great inner harbor setting. The dining options have a wide variety but could benefit from some upgrades for better value.
